Terms of Service

Effective August 28, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Relvato website, dashboard, WordPress plugin and related services (the "Service"), provided by Relvato Inc ("Relvato", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

The Service

Relvato provides continuous, automated verification of websites you own or are authorized to monitor. You configure checks (“journeys”), and Relvato runs them in a real browser and reports the results, alerting you when something fails.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You may only connect and monitor sites that you own, control, or are otherwise authorized to test. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions.

You agree not to: monitor third-party sites without authorization; use the Service to overload, attack, or disrupt any system; reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted; or use it unlawfully.

You are responsible for installing and configuring the Relvato plugin (where used) and for choosing which checks to enable.

Verification actions

To verify your flows, Relvato performs automated actions on the sites you authorize — for example adding a product to the cart, running a test checkout, and signing in as a dedicated verification user. Verification checkouts are designed not to charge, not to change stock, and to be automatically cancelled or removed. You acknowledge and authorize these actions on your sites.

Fees and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider, and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. A free tier may be offered and may change over time.

Intellectual property

Relvato and its licensors own the Service and all related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your data and content; you grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service and provide it to you. The Relvato plugin is provided under its stated license.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (such as WordPress, payment providers and hosting providers). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Relvato is a monitoring aid: it helps you catch problems, but it does not guarantee that your site will not break, that every issue will be detected, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relvato will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Relvato harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms — including any claim that you monitored a site you were not authorized to test.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and update the effective date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you and Relvato submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
