When a check fails — your checkout, a login, a page that stopped rendering — Relvato posts it to the Slack channel your team already watches. The error, what set it off, and a link to the run, in one message.
Slack alerts are on the Business and Agency plans. The button takes you to Alert settings, where you connect in one click.

No webhook URLs to copy, nothing to configure in Slack.
Open Alert settings
Sign in to Relvato on a Business or Agency plan, open your account menu, and choose Alert settings.
Click Add to Slack
Slack opens its own screen and asks which channel Relvato should post to. Pick one — a shared #site-alerts works well — and click Allow.
Send a test
You're back in Relvato, connected. Press Send test to Slack and watch the message land. From now on, failures post there as they happen.

It can post to one channel. That's all.
Relvato asks Slack for a single permission — incoming-webhook — which lets it post messages to the channel you chose, and nothing else.
What Relvato can do
- Post alerts to the one channel you picked when you connected
- Include the site, the failing check, the error and a link to the run
- Stop immediately when you remove the app or switch Slack off
What it can't
- Read messages, in that channel or any other
- See your channel list, your members or their profiles
- Post anywhere you didn't choose, or send direct messages
- Keep a token to your workspace — the one Slack issues on connect is discarded

Your severity threshold
Slack follows the same “alert me on” level as email. Set it to critical and a broken checkout gets through while a cosmetic warning doesn't.
Its own switch
Turn email off and Slack keeps posting, or the other way round. Each channel has its own on/off in Alert settings.
It tells you when it can't
If the app is removed from your workspace or the channel is archived, Relvato notices, forgets the connection, and tells you in the app — instead of alerting into the void.

Which plans include Slack alerts?
Business and Agency. Free and Pro alert by email — Pro on every failure, Free once a month — and every plan shows failures in the dashboard.
Can Relvato read my Slack messages?
No. The only permission it has is incoming-webhook, which can post to the channel you picked and cannot read anything — not messages, not channels, not members.
Can I change which channel it posts to?
Yes. In Alert settings choose Change channel, and Slack asks again. The new channel replaces the old one.
What happens if I remove the app from Slack?
Relvato gets a notice from Slack, deletes the connection, and shows “Slack alerts stopped” in your notification bell and Alert settings, so you're never left wondering why alerts went quiet.
Can I use a webhook URL instead?
Yes — if your workspace doesn't allow installing apps, create an Incoming Webhook in Slack and paste its URL in Alert settings. It's stored like a password and never shown again.
