White-label client reports, in your name, every month.
Relvato already watches your clients' sites. Now it reports on them for you: a monthly email with your name, logo and colour, a link the client opens without an account, and public status pages for the sites you choose.
Proof of the work, without the spreadsheet.
A care plan is easy to cancel when the client never sees what you do. The report shows them, every month.
Your brand
Your agency's name, logo and accent colour on every report and status page. Reports arrive as “Your agency via Relvato”, and replies come to you.
Emailed on the 1st
Last month's report goes out in the first days of the month, to up to 5 addresses per site.
A link, no login
Each report has a private link the client opens without an account, to read the whole month.
What's in it
Uptime and incidents, monitor runs and issues found, plugin updates verified or rolled back, open vulnerabilities, the last backup and real-user speed.
Status pages
A public page for the sites you choose: today's state and 90 days of daily uptime.
Uptime from two regions
Probes in two regions must agree before a site counts as down, so one network blip doesn't spoil a client's month.
Set it up once.
Everything in the report comes from the monitors you already run. There's nothing to fill in each month.
Add your branding
Under Reports & status pages, add your agency's name, a logo address and an accent colour.
Turn on each site's report
In a site's settings, under Client report, switch on the monthly email and add the client's addresses.
Reports go out
On the 1st, each client gets last month's report in your name, with the link to the full page.
Share a status page
Create a status page, pick its sites and send the client the link. It keeps itself up to date.
What you get today, and what's still coming.
We'd rather you know before your client asks.

The report is a summary of work Relvato does all month.
Questions from agencies
Does the client see Relvato anywhere?
The report and the status pages carry your name, logo and colour. The email arrives from “Your agency via Relvato”, and when a client replies, the reply goes to the address you set. The links open on app.relvato.com; your own domain isn't available yet.
Do clients need an account?
No. Each report has a private link, and status pages are public. Clients can't see anything else in your account.
What if a month had a problem?
The report says so: incidents with their dates and length, monitor runs that found an issue, updates that were rolled back. It's a record, not a sales sheet.
Which plan do I need?
White-label client reports are on the Agency plan. Status pages are on Business and Agency.
Where does the uptime figure come from?
From Relvato's uptime probes, which run from two regions as often as your plan allows (every minute on Agency) and count a site as down only when both agree.
