WooCommerce webhook monitoring, plus the payments and renewals behind it.
Relvato watches the parts of your WooCommerce store that run behind the checkout page: webhooks feeding your shipping or accounting, payment gateways, subscription renewals and order-table compatibility.
- ✓Webhooks WooCommerce switched off after failed deliveries, and ones that are failing now
- ✓A payment gateway whose payments suddenly fail, compared with its usual week
- ✓Orders stuck waiting for payment with none completing
- ✓A spike in failed subscription renewals (WooCommerce Subscriptions)
- ✓Active plugins declared incompatible with WooCommerce's order tables (HPOS) while they're on
- ✓Read-only: never a webhook secret, a payment key or a customer's details
WooCommerce switches a webhook off after seven failed deliveries in a row and tells nobody: your shipping or ERP sync just stops. A gateway's API key expires and every payment fails while the checkout still loads. Renewals fail and subscriptions slip into on-hold. None of it shows on a page.
- The plugin reads the store's own records every day: its webhooks, the last 24 hours of orders by payment gateway, and failed subscription renewals.
- Relvato compares the last day with the week before, so a gateway that suddenly fails stands out and a normal day stays quiet.
- With WooCommerce's order tables (HPOS) on, it also asks WooCommerce which active plugins are declared incompatible.
Why does WooCommerce disable webhooks?
After more than five failed deliveries in a row, WooCommerce sets the webhook to Disabled and stops sending. Whatever it fed, like shipping or accounting, stops getting orders until someone fixes the receiving end and sets it back to Active.
Won't a few failed payments set it off?
No. Card declines happen every day. Relvato only raises an issue when at least five payments were attempted and at least half failed, far more than that gateway's usual week.
Does it need the plugin?
Yes. Webhooks, orders and renewals are read from inside WordPress by the Relvato plugin (1.40.0 or later).
