When a monitor finds a problem — a broken checkout, a failing login, a site that's down — Relvato's bot posts it to you or to your team's Telegram group. The error, what set it off and a button to the run, in one message.
Telegram alerts are on every paid plan: Pro ($29 a month), Business and Agency. The button takes you to Alert settings, where you connect a chat — there's no URL to paste.

No URL to paste and no token to copy: Relvato's bot joins the chat you pick.
Click Connect Telegram
Open Alert settings. In the “Teams, Discord, Telegram & other chat apps” card, click Connect Telegram. You get two links: Send alerts to me (a private chat with Relvato's bot) or Add to a group (Telegram lets you pick the group).
Press Start in Telegram
Telegram opens Relvato's bot. Press Start, or pick the group. The bot replies “Connected”. Reload Alert settings and the chat is listed there by its name.
Send a test
Click Send test and watch the message arrive. From then on, the problems your monitors find post to that chat as they happen.
The links work once, for 15 minutes. If one has run out, click Connect Telegram again for new ones.
It can post to the chats you connected. That's all.
Relvato's bot only posts alerts. Relvato keeps the chat's ID, stored encrypted, and its name — nothing else.
What Relvato can do

A button straight to the run
The headline is in bold, with the error, its severity and what triggered the run under it. View run, under the message, opens the run in Relvato. There's no link preview.
Your switches and threshold
Under What goes where, the Chat apps column has a switch per monitor type, from Uptime to Legal compliance. Muted sites stay quiet, and the “Alert me on” level applies.
It says when a monitor couldn't run
If a firewall blocked Relvato, the message reads “🚧 Checkout couldn't run on My Shop — Cloudflare blocked Relvato” instead of claiming a working checkout broke.
It tells you when the bot is removed
If someone removes the bot from the group or blocks it, alerts to that chat pause straight away and the notification bell says so. Add the bot back with Connect Telegram and alerts resume.

Which plans include Telegram alerts?
Pro ($29 a month), Business and Agency. On Free, alerts show in the app and by email once a month, and every plan shows failures in the dashboard.
Do I need a webhook URL or a bot token?
No. Click Connect Telegram in Alert settings, open one of the two links and press Start in Telegram, or pick the group. The links work once, for 15 minutes.
Can Relvato read my group?
No. The bot only posts alerts. It can't read your chat history or members, and anything else people send it is ignored and not stored.
What does Relvato post besides monitor failures?
Uptime going down and coming back up, heartbeats, port monitors and Quarantine mode. Every message carries the headline, the error, its severity, what triggered the run and a View run button. Screenshots stay in Relvato, behind that button.
Can I send alerts to more than one chat?
Yes. Connect each private chat or group the same way — up to 10 chat apps and PagerDuty services per account, together. Each one has its own on/off switch.
What happens if the bot is removed from the group?
Alerts to that chat pause straight away, and the notification bell says so. To add the bot back, click Connect Telegram and pick the same chat: Relvato turns it back on instead of listing it twice.
What does Relvato keep about the chat?
The chat's ID, stored encrypted, and its name, so it can post your alerts and show you where they go. Anything else people send the bot is ignored and not stored. Remove the chat in Alert settings and both are deleted.
